Churchill Vintage and Classic Car Show 2016
A Spitire salutes the Car Show on Churchill Village Green June 5th 2016
As well as over five hundred and seventy cars and vintage tractors on show, there were entertainments, a variety of refreshments, live music, stalls and sideshows, rides for children, a younger children's playground and a flower festival. A special treat was the flypast by a Spitfire.
The 2016 show was a massively popular event, attracting visitors from miles around - a splendid day out for families as well as for car enthusiasts. It raised an impressive amount of money for local charities and organisations.
